A definitive 307-species expedition across the peninsula’s premier birding landscapes. From the rare, overwhelming appearance of the Malayan Peacock-Pheasant in Merapoh to the world-renowned Milky Stork colony in Taiping, this journey was a masterclass in persistence. Led by the erudite Irshad Mobarak and the ever-attentive Shahrool Anuar, the trip navigated everything from fallen trees to tropical storms to secure 145 lifers, culminating in a grand finale of kingfishers and hornbills at the Sedim Tree Top Walk.
